Who is responsible
Travis Lee Swift trading as Travis Swift, 57 Kenton Park Avenue, Kenton, Middlesex, HA3 8DS, tonyadamscakes@gmail.com.
This is the portfolio of Travis Swift, an independent AI specialist in the UK. I'm an independent user, not part of or endorsed by the Grok Bot team.
What this website collects
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Like any website, the company that hosts it, Cloudflare, receives technical information when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser type. It keeps this in server logs for the period set by Cloudflare. I use it only to keep the site running and secure.
Offline copy (installable app)
To let you install this site and read it offline, it uses a service worker (a small script) and your browser's cache storage. They keep copies of this site's own pages and images on your device. They don't store anything about you, don't track you and never store what you type in the form. You can remove them with the Remove offline copy button in the footer, by uninstalling the app, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. The copy is saved again the next time you visit, unless you uninstall the app or block site data in your browser.
The enquiry form
The form doesn't send your details to this website. It builds an email in your own email app, and it is only sent if you press Send there. If you send an enquiry, I use your name, contact details and message to reply to you. I do this because you asked me to, or, if you write for a business, because it is in both our interests that I answer. I won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing unless you tick a separate box asking me to.
I keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client. If you do become a client, records of that work are kept under the client terms.
Your enquiry reaches me by email through Google (Gmail). I don't sell your details. Some of these providers may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, I rely on the safeguards the law allows.
The shop questionnaire
The "Your shop, your own app" questionnaire asks about your business and how to contact you. There is no server behind it and no third-party form service. Nothing you type is sent to this website or stored on a server.
While you fill it in, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) on your device, so you don't lose them if you reload the page. They clear when you close the tab. The consent tick isn't saved.
Your answers reach me only when you press Send in your own Gmail, Outlook or email app (opened by the "Send with Gmail", "Send with Outlook" or "Other email app" buttons, with the answers already in the message), or in X (opened by "Send as an X DM", with the answers already in the message). The buttons also copy your answers to your own device's clipboard, and there is a "Copy my answers" button. Google's, Microsoft's or X's own privacy policy applies once you send. I use your answers only to reply to your enquiry, and I keep them for the same period as other enquiries. Please don't include sensitive details such as health or finances.
DMs on X
If you DM me on X, X's own privacy policy applies. X decides how it handles your message. I will treat what you send me there the same as an enquiry.
Links to other sites
Links to X, Real Tea News and YouTube take you to other sites with their own privacy rules, and they are not part of this notice. I don't pass anything to them when you click.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your details, to correct or delete them, to limit or stop how I use them, or to receive them in a portable format. Email tonyadamscakes@gmail.com. I'll reply within one month.
Complaints
Please complain to me first at tonyadamscakes@gmail.com, or send the enquiry form and choose "Privacy question or complaint". I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome. If you are not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (opens in a new tab).
